Returns
Due to our bundles being specialized in their creation, general returns will not be accepted. However, you can always contact us with any questions at ordersatcottagecurations@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) fall under this category. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted once your items have been mailed out. If you would like to request that a certain item be exchanged or not included with your purchase, please be sure to provide that information at the time of your order. We strive to honor all requests. Please understand that if a particular item is not available at the time of your order, we will do our best to replace it with an item closest to the original.
